It is critical to evaluate the circumstances of the actual event and determine the most appropriate course of action.This manual is intended as a guide to help principals and managers develop an effective site-specific Emergency Response Plan. Each site using this plan must conduct a review and determine any adjustments that are required to fit the needs of their site.
